Requirements
All submissions must:
- Provide a link to a public Github or GitLab repository
- A 2 minute or less demo video for their Submission (Must be created during the hackathon)
- A complete Devpost Entry for their Submission (Must include 1 track and any additional side tracks/ challenges)

Side Track - $500
Who has the best ideas for how to improve the college experience for college students? YOU DO! BU Spark! is also trying to improve the lives of college students. Projects can address any aspect of college life from improving studying to meeting friends to measuring recycling in your dorm to destressing college students during exam periods.
The best project will be evaluated based on the utility of the solution to solving a real problem on campus that will positively impact the lives of students, the technical quality of the project (no bugs, no UI dead ends, no dummy data, externally deployed not on your local server, how complete the project is i.e. ready to use by students).
Side Track - $100
Health and human services professions such as dietetics, nutrition, occupational therapy physical therapy, speech language pathology and social work focus on the impact of daily habits and lifestyle. The aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our health and well-being. How can we revamp existing healthcare technology, tools, systems and processes to devise better approaches to inspire healthy lifestyles and resiliency for people of all ages and to mitigate the impact of compassion fatigue, stress and burnout?
Challenge - 3D Printing Pen & T-Shirt
Build your hackathon project on CockroachDB's open source and indestructible SQL database. PostgreSQL compatible and easy to use. Utilize CockroachDB in your hack for a chance to win a 3D printing pen for each team member. What's more, ALL projects submitted that use CockroachDB will receive a free t-shirt while supplies last!

The Friends for Drew Foundation is partnering with Jeeva Health to build the Friends for Life (FFL) App that is targeted at building secure friend communities who will look out for each other and intervene when necessary – ultimately to reduce the barriers for those who are suffering from mental health and addiction issues to seek help.
